Tharindu Ameresekere

Tharindu Ameresekere is a Senior Lecturer at the Post Graduate Institute of Management (SJP) specialising in Finance, Marketing, Communication skills, Sustainability and Digital Disruption. He is also Founder of award winning digital agency TAC and a National Public Speaking Champion in Toastmasters being the only Toastmaster in Sri Lanka to be ranked number 1 in the Toastmasters Division contest category in all 4 competitors categories . He also hosts the weekend Business Talk Show Bisnomics on TV1. His publications in academia has been recognized in the AIB South Asian conference 2022 hosted by the Indian Institute of Management, the Global Winter Business Conference in France and the World Education summit in Malaysia. Tharindu has obtained his First degree in Computer Science with Honors from University of Staffordshire and his MBA in Marketing from University of Colombo and his Masters in Project Management from the University of Southern Queensland Australia). He has also completed the CIMA Management Accounting Qualification as well as the PQHRM qualification from CIPM and is also a Certified NLP coach from the American Board of NLP.

Dr Majdi Anwar Quttainah

Majdi Anwar Quttainah earned his Ph.D. degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Lally School of Management & Technology (USA). He earned his MBA degree with merits from the Business School & Entrepreneurship at Newcastle University (UK), and his bachelor's degree in International Business from the American International University in London (UK). Dr. Quttainah is an associate professor of management in the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University and works on consultation and training projects as a freelancer. His research and teaching interests are corporate governance; the three levels of strategies, specifically corporate strategy, international management, and business, entrepreneurship & small business, and organizational change & development. In addition, as a recognition of his research, he was awarded the Best Young Researcher academic year 2016/2017 Kuwait University. Moreover, his research was awarded the Best Paper Award at the 76th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management Anaheim, CA, 2016, the Best Paper Award at the AGBA's 12th Annual World Congress, Kuantan City (State of Pahang), Malaysia, 2015, and the Best Paper Award of the Gorontalo International Conference of Project Management (ICPM) 2018 – Gorontalo/Indonesia. He and his co-author received the best paper award for the Kuwait Economic Researcher Award by the Central Bank of Kuwait; May 2019. In addition, he and his co-author ranked second for the Kuwait Economic Researcher Award by the Central Bank of Kuwait; July 2022.

Meng Kui Hu

A Chartered Banker, MBA and PhD scholar with three decades of solid banking experience, Eddie provides professional advice to businesses in multiple strategic areas. His primary coverage includes strategising financing needs and developing strategic imperatives for sustainable business growth. In addition to holding a degree in mathematics from the University of Science Malaysia and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, Eddie has also completed the Executive Education on Financial Technology at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. He currently sits on the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers’ Examination Committees for Professional Bankers and Chartered Bankers programmes. He is also a United Nations ESCAP Sustainable Business Network (ESBN) member and its Vice-Chair for the Digital Economy Task Force. Eddie has authored two books entitled “SME Challenges and Solutions” and “Transforming Family Businesses” and contributed numerous scholarly articles for international journals. Besides, he writes regularly on entrepreneurship, strategic financing and business sustainability, specifically regarding SME development.

Dr. Shahid Amin

I am serving as Associate Professor in Management in ITM University Gwalior. I have more than ten years teaching and research experience. I have published papers and articles in National and International Journals. I am also a regular columnist for many reputed newspapers. In addition to teaching UG and PG students, I am supervising Doctoral students and two students have been awarded doctoral degrees under my supervision.
